Ahola Connects with Ohio’s HR Community at the 2026 Ohio SHRM Conference

The Ahola Payroll & HR Solutions team was excited to join HR professionals from across the state for the 2026 Ohio SHRM Conference, an opportunity to connect, learn, share ideas, and talk about the challenges and opportunities facing today’s employers.

As an Ohio-based payroll and HR partner, events like Ohio SHRM are especially meaningful to our team. They give us the chance to step away from emails and virtual meetings and have real conversations with the HR professionals, business leaders, clients, and partners who are navigating an increasingly complex workplace.

Connecting with Ohio’s HR Community

Throughout the conference, the Ahola team enjoyed welcoming attendees to our booth, reconnecting with longtime clients and friends, and meeting many new faces.

The conversations covered many of the issues we hear about every day from the organizations we serve—from attracting and retaining employees to managing compliance, developing managers, strengthening workplace culture, and finding ways to make payroll and HR processes easier.

And, of course, no Ahola conference experience would be complete without plenty of our signature Ahola t-shirts making their way into the crowd!

Bringing a Little Fun to Ohio SHRM

Ahola was also proud to sponsor the conference’s Karaoke Social, giving attendees an opportunity to relax, network, and have some fun after a full day of learning.

For us, building strong relationships has always been an important part of how we do business. The Karaoke Social was a great reminder that some of the best professional connections happen when people have an opportunity to simply spend time together, share a few laughs, and get to know one another.
