Chamber Expands Member Benefit Offering to Include Local Payroll and HR Firm

COLUMBUS, OH – AUGUST 1, 2023 – The Columbus Chamber of Commerce and Ahola Payroll & HR Solutions announced their new partnership, offering exclusive benefits to members of the Chamber, expanding the member benefit offering to include payroll and human capital management software and services.

“Founded in 1967 and with 55+ years of payroll, HR, and data processing experience, we look like Columbus Chamber members,” said Jeff Ahola, CEO of Ahola Payroll and HR Solutions. “We are a third-generation family-owned business, located in Ohio, focused on seeing our clients and communities thrive. We’ve evolved over the last 55 years to not only help employers process payroll accurately and efficiently, but to help them find efficient HR processes, and engage and retain their workforce with technology solutions.”

“Columbus Chamber Members didn’t get into business to process payroll, pay taxes, and manage HR policies and processes,” said Mark Strippy, President at Ahola. “We are working, watching out for, and thinking about our clients even when they are not thinking of us. That’s the way it should be. That’s why they hire us.”

“We are thrilled to embark on this transformative alliance with Ahola Payroll & HR Solutions,” said Don DePerro, President & CEO of The Columbus Chamber of Commerce. “In today’s dynamic and ever-changing business landscape, equipping our members with top-tier resources and tools is paramount to their success. Through this strategic partnership with Ahola, we are uniting our strengths to offer cutting-edge payroll and HR solutions that will ignite unparalleled business growth across the board.”
