We are proud to announce that Ahola Payroll & HR Solutions has earned a place as a finalist for the Better Business Bureau (BBB) of Central Ohio Torch Awards for Ethics for the second year in a row! The BBB will be recognizing all finalists and announcing the winners on November 13, 2024 at The Bluestone during the Toast to Trusted Leaders celebration. 

The Torch Awards for Ethics recognizes businesses that demonstrate ethical practices, integrity, and commitment to building trust with their customers and communities. Ahola Payroll & HR Solutions is honored to be among the finalists for this prestigious award presented by the Better Business Bureau of Central Ohio.

BBB has distilled an intentional focus on trust and ethics into four C’s – Character, Culture, Customers, Community, and this is the basis for the Torch Awards entry process. The application outlines the character of the organization’s leadership, how an authentic culture is being fostered, how the company prioritizes its relationship with customers, and the impact the organization is making in their community.
