Meet Ben Stipp: Our Newest Team Member in Dayton

Ben brings years of experience in HR systems, workforce technology, and change management to his role as Senior HCM Consultant. Known for driving results through strategic client partnerships and tailored solutions, he’s exactly the kind of leader we need as we continue to grow into the Dayton market.

Outside of work, Ben is all about family and community. He and his wife are raising three elementary-aged kids, which brings its own kind of rewarding chaos. He’s inspired by Mother Teresa’s quote, “If you want to change the world, go home and love your family,” a reminder that the real measure of success often starts at home.

Ben’s adventurous spirit has led him to tackle new challenges, like renovating a small four-unit building with his wife—a project that taught him a lot about resilience, project management, and what it takes to see something through. He also enjoys gathering with friends to play tabletop games, proving that balancing work, family, and hobbies is all part of living a fulfilling life.
