The OSHA Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) that requires vaccination or testing for employees of employers with 100 or more employees has been released. The document containing the ETS is 490 pages, and we will be reviewing it for important details and then providing relevant alerts and resources.
The current ruling is temporary, but we expect to learn soon whether it will be extended. We will continue to update as we get more information.
In the meantime, OSHA has created many useful resources that we strongly encourage you to watch and read. In particular, the 28-minute webinar is very informative and should provide you with pretty much all of the information you need at this point in time.
