### We’re Officially NorthCoast 99 Winners—Let the Celebration Begin!

We are thrilled to share that Ahola has officially earned a spot on ERC’s prestigious **[NorthCoast 99](https://www.northcoast99.org/about) **list—and this marks our **sixth** win! This recognition celebrates the 99 best workplaces for top talent in Northeast Ohio, selected through a rigorous application process focused on policies and practices that attract and retain high-performing employees.

**What does this mean?**
NorthCoast 99 goes beyond being an award—it’s a year-long research initiative founded by ERC to elevate workplace excellence across our region. Winners stand out for their strengths across areas like employee engagement, well-being, total rewards, DEI, recruitment, and more. At Ahola, our employees stand out because of their dedication, heart, and commitment to both each other and our clients—proving every day that when we take care of our people, they take care of those we serve.

We’re honored to be included in this elite group once again and deeply grateful for the incredible team that makes Ahola such a special place to work.

We can’t wait to celebrate with everyone at the [NorthCoast 99 Awards Event on September 17, 2025](https://www.northcoast99.org/event)!<https://ahola.com/our-history/>
